Learning materials in the field of agriculture are designed for online and offline/attendance training.
These include nine modules as follows:

  1. Cultivation of agricultural crops;
  2. Organic farming;
  3. Cultivation of domestic animals according to European standards;
  4. Processing of agricultural land;
  5. Property management;
  6. Presenting good / sustainable practices;
  7. "Green Markets" - Developing a Green Economy;
  8. Marketing on the market;
  9. Exports / imports of agricultural products.

The aim of the developed specialized training materials is to: Improve the knowledge of the participants and increase their employability in the labor market by providing basic knowledge on agricultural issues. Presentation and exchange of good practices in the field of agriculture.

Summary of the content: The European and national legal framework regulating the development of agriculture and the markets of agricultural products is presented. The module presentation provides basic and specialized knowledge and information in the context of national and European policies and good practices. The modules contain information on the cultivation; organic farming; keeping domestic animals to European standards; processing of agricultural land; development of Green Markets and green economy; market marketing; import and export of agricultural products. Topics are presented in a comprehensible and accessible way. The training provides for interactive learning methods such as: presentation, role play, exchange of good practices, lecture, discussion, practical work and exercise.

The expected results for the target group are:

  • To acquire in-depth knowledge in the field of agriculture, which will support their ability to meet the conditions of the labor market, incl. through practical exercises;
  • Improving knowledge and understanding of the development of agriculture and good knowledge of the legislation and financial instruments stimulating the development of agriculture;
  • Development of the ability to start work in the field of agriculture.
